# Last Call for Pre-Order Bonuses

On August 22, one of my best friends sent me a photo of my book in her hand in her kitchen in New York City. Then, on August 24, another best friend in Austin sent me a similar picture in her living room.

To be clear, I was not expecting this to happen yet. *Faithfully Dissident Daughters* comes out September 8\. But due to the mystery of warehouses, a handful of people who pre-ordered are already holding it. I asked my friends to show me a picture of the back cover yet, because I haven't even seen it, haha.

### All of this to say: if you've been meaning to pre-order and haven't gotten around to it, this is the last stretch.

**Why I keep asking.** Strong pre-orders help contribute to the overall success of the book's launch. If you're able, please consider buying a copy for someone else. Buy it for the woman who left her church and hasn't told anyone why. Buy it for the one who stayed and is quietly furious about it. This book was written for a specific person, and I need your help getting it into their hands.
